Q: How Often is Sexual Harassment Training required in California?
Answer:
Under California law, training is required once every two years for covered employers. One hour of training is required for employees and two hours is required for supervisors and those who have been promoted to that role within six months of promotion.
Q: Is Sexual Harassment Training Mandatory in California?
Answer:
California law mandates all employers with five or more employees to provide one (1) hour of sexual harassment prevention training for nonsupervisory employees and two (2) hours of sexual harassment prevention training for supervisors.
